TWYCROSS ZOO
Twycross Zoo is another one of our local zoos. I plan to do pages in an expanded form shortly, but for now, these are just some of the pictures from recent visits. It really is an excellent zoo and a great day out for the family. It is primarily a primate zoo (they are the only UK zoo to have all the great apes - bonobo, chimpanzee, orangutan and gorilla), but around 150 species of what they call larger animals and hundreds of creepy crawlies too.
